Ringlock Wedged Scaffolding Systems
The flanged facade scaffolding system used in exterior facade applications provides a safe and practical work environment. It consists of horizontal elements with a flanged vertical element and a locking mechanism named dovetail. The connection points consist of a flange made of 8 mm plate, a dovetail made of 4 mm sheet and a wedge made of 8 mm sheet. The vertical elements and horizontal elements are produced as standard with 48 * 2.50 mm, 48 * 2.50 mm, TSE Certificated, mechanically tested and standard industrial pipe. Adjustable jacks, adjustable wall fixing apparatus, 70 cm pipes for side connections, metal or wooden walking platforms and scaffolding ladders are used as auxiliary elements.
8 mm ringlocks are standardly welded at 50 and 100 cm intervals and different applications can be also made as specially to projects. 8 piece horizontal element can be put to each ringlock of vertical elements. This system provides a 360 degree movement capability around a vertical element. Thus, it provides a practical workflow by adapting to the recesses and projections of the building facades at maximum level..
As a connection apparatus to the horizontal elements, 4 mm steel sheet and special bending and strengthened dovetail is welded to the two ends. 6 mm wedge is used to make the connection. In this way, the carrying capacity and durability of the system is kept to the highest level. Security is at the highest level with the railing system produced in accordance with any kind of ringlock range.
