Cup-Lock Scaffolding System
Cup Lock Scaffolding System is a scaffolding system which can be used safely and safely on exterior facades as well as being used as heavy duty and volume scaffolding in heavy slabs and high structures thanks to its strength and high safety values.
It consists of 48 * 3 mm horizontal and vertical elements. The connection elements are bottom cup, cup and ledger blade. Ledger Blade (Almond) welded on the two ends of the horizontal element is put to the bottom cup element which is fixed to the posts, and is locked from the top by pressing the cup which is the movable element. Bottom cup distances are 50 cm as standard and different applications can be made according to special projects. As auxiliary elements, adjustable base jacks, “ Four ways” or “U” head adjsutable head jacks, wall rests and walking platforms are used. It is possible to manufacture in different sizes and thickness as optional.
Due to the quality of the material used, the frequency of the connections and the durability of the workmanship, the cup-lock scaffolding system, which its resistance is maximized, is preferred in heavy slabs.
